Returns & Exchanges
Due to the perishable and temperature-sensitive nature of our ice cream products, TruFrut Natural Ice Cream does not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been delivered or collected.
Order Cancellation
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us within 15 minutes of placing the order, quoting your order number.
Cancellation requests received after preparation or dispatch of the order may not be accepted.
TruFrut Natural Ice Cream reserves the right to cancel an order if a product is unavailable or if we are unable to fulfil the order. In such cases, the customer will be informed and any amount paid for the unavailable or item will be replaced or cancelled.
Refunds
Refunds may be provided in the following circumstances:
The order is cancelled by TruFrut Natural Ice Cream
An item ordered and paid for is unavailable
The customer receives an incorrect item
Customers should contact us as soon as possible after receiving the order and provide the order number and supporting photographs, where applicable.
Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Depending on the bank or payment provider, the refunded amount may take up to 14 days to appear in the customer's account.
Change of Mind
We do not offer refunds, returns or exchanges for change-of-mind purchases once the order has been prepared, dispatched, delivered or collected.
